Citizens can submit complaints through the CM Helpline Portal at cmhelpline.tripura.gov.in, the Tripura State Online Grievance Portal at grievance.tripura.gov.in, or by participating in the Mukhyamantri Samipeshu public grievance hearing programme conducted by the Government of Tripura.

Issues commonly raised during Mukhyamantri Samipeshu include:

  • Medical assistance and financial support for treatment.
  • Old Age Pension, Widow Pension and other social security schemes.
  • Housing-related assistance.
  • Education assistance and scholarship matters.
  • Employment and livelihood-related grievances.
