Madhya Pradesh Governmentdoes not issue a traditional Ration Card. Instead the state issues a Patra Parchi (पात्रता पर्ची) - a digital eligibility receipt that serves as proof of ration entitlement. To access any ration card service in MP, you must first have a Samagra ID - the state's mandatory family identity number. Without Samagra ID you cannot apply, update, or download your ration card. The entire PDS system runs through the m-Ration Mitra platform at rationmitra.nic.in, managed by NIC and integrated with the Samagra database.
