How to Read These Lists
- Columns: Each table shows the entry number, approval or service name, and the department responsible for it.
- Numbering: The numbers follow the portal's listings. In the Regulatory Services and Incentive Forms sections, numbering restarts at 1 for each stage.
- Application types: Terms in brackets describe the type of application. Fresh refers to a first-time application, Renewal to extending an existing approval, Amendment to changing an existing approval, and Expansion to an application related to expanding a unit.
- Names and spelling: Spelling errors in the portal's names have been corrected for readability; the intended names and other details remain unchanged.
- Updates: The lists reflect the portal as viewed on 9 October 2026. Departments may add, remove or revise entries, so check the official approvals page for the latest information.

Two approvals in this list come from central bodies, not from Punjab departments. The Airport Authority of India gives the height clearance NOC. The National Monuments Authority gives its NOC for a construction permit.

Incentive Forms (73)
An incentive is money or tax relief that the state gives to a business. These forms are the claims. All of them belong to the Department of Industries and Commerce.
The forms follow two policies. Five forms name the Industrial and Business Development Policy 2022. Four forms name the 2026 policy. One incentive can have several forms, so 73 forms do not mean 73 different incentives.
