Calculators and browser-session storage

Rate comparisons, inflation estimates, deposit calculations and SIP projections run in your browser. Calculator amounts and assumptions are not submitted to our contact backend. Your entries—including contact-form drafts—are saved in session storage where your browser allows it, so reloads retain your inputs. Bank pages keep their own calculator values and can initially inherit your overview values. Session storage is normally cleared when that tab or browser session ends; browser restore features may retain it. You can clear this site's browser data at any time.

Contact messages

Comments are required. Name, mobile number, email address and subject are optional. We store the information you choose to send so the operator can review and respond. Messages may also be emailed to the designated site operator for review and response. Email notifications are limited globally to four attempts per rolling hour and twelve per rolling 24 hours. Messages awaiting notification remain saved and may be included in a later digest. We do not use your contact details for unsolicited marketing or sell them.

Storage and retention

Contact messages are held in private server storage. Routine cleanup removes messages older than 180 days whenever the contact service or delivery worker runs. Delivery-attempt records are kept for a rolling 24 hours. The local development preview captures email in a private test file instead of sending it. Production hosting and mail providers process the data needed to operate the service.

Cookies, external services and server logs

The contact endpoint uses a session cookie to protect form submissions from cross-site forgery. This release has no advertising or analytics scripts. Hosting servers may keep ordinary access and security logs, including IP addresses and requested URLs. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts; those requests disclose ordinary connection details to Google. Bank, government, social and India Customer Care links lead to external sites with their own privacy practices.

Your choices

Leave optional contact fields blank if you prefer. Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, bank statements, account numbers or other sensitive financial records. To request access, correction or deletion of a contact message, use Contact us and provide its confirmation reference if available. We may need to verify the request before acting.
