- The first step to apply for the Domicile Certificate is to open the website of Bihar RTPS Website.
- In the RTPS website, go to Online Application, select General Administration Department. After that, Issuance of Residential Certificate and choose the level.
- Now, mention the details required in the application form. Some of the required inputs to be mentioned includes Applicant Name, Gender, Type of Service, Fathers' Name, Mother's Name, etc.
- After reviewing all the mentioned details, click on Submit button.

- Open the Bihar RTPS website.
- Go to the Citizen section, select the option of download certificate.
- The drop-down list for the services would be set to RTPS.
- Enter the name and the Application Reference Number and press the button of Download Certificate.
- The e-certificate of Bihar domicile will be downloaded.
